Role Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and customers, collaborating with stakeholders to determine optimal solutions.
• Gather and elicit requirements through meetings, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
• Analyze business requirements and processes, creating clear data and process models.
• Develop and modify systems based on client needs and specifications.
• Ensure mutual understanding of processes between business and technical teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in creating project documentation, user stories, use cases, and business rules.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and web development.
• Strong soft skills including communication, presentation, and negotiation.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder interview skills.
• Ability to visualize business processes and write technical specifications.
