About Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with a solid background in the finance/accounting domain to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our UK-based client, collaborating across cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for various financial systems and solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze business and system requirements from clients.
2. Prepare requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications.
3. Collaborate with UK clients and internal teams for solution design and validation.
4. Monitor project progress, support testing phases, and address issues promptly.
5. Bridge communication between business users and technical teams.
6. Contribute to risk assessment and change impact analysis activities.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Proven experience in the finance, accounting, or fintech domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma, MS Visio, and MS Office Suite.
• Good English communication skills.
• Having a technical background is a strong plus.
