Responsibilities

• Take ownership of recurring business reporting and analytical processes.
• Prepare and refresh regular performance materials.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure outputs are accurate and reliable.
• Investigate anomalies and provide initial analysis of underlying business drivers.
• Identify repetitive, manual or inefficient workflows and understand existing processes end-to-end before redesigning them.
• Simplify and standardize workflows where appropriate.
• Support ad-hoc analytical deep dives into business performance, trends and opportunities.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Develop initial hypotheses and insights from the data.
• Produce clear charts, tables and analytical outputs that support decision-making.
