You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders at all levels, translating business needs into clear requirements.
• Lead critical initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
• Ability to advise, guide, and promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders.
• Experience in planning, scoping, and requirements definition for large initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of industry-wide modeling techniques.
• Ability to influence customers' approach and choices.
• Management or mentorship experience with teams or junior staff is preferred.
