Description

Position: Senior Business Analyst
Hybrid: Predominantly remote/on-site In Croydon

Employment Type: Contract (Part time - 3 days a week)

Day Rate (Outside IR35): GBP 550-GBP 600

Due to the nature of our work, all applicants must either hold or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance. Eligibility generally requires 5 years of continuous residency in the UK and the right to work in the UK without restrictions.

About the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst at IdentityE2E, you will act as a vital link between our clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders. You will lead the creation of the testing end to end workflows based on requirements, High Level designs and other documents. Liase with the development teams and business teams to clarify any gaps and remediate as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing end to end workflows business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle, based on existing requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes, objectives, and requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with solution architects, engineers, and QA teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
• Facilitate workshops to support Risk Based testing against end-to-end workflows.
• Support the development of test data across the workflows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IdentityE2E's delivery frameworks and methodologies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex enterprise or regulated environments.
• Proven track record of delivering business analysis for IAM, cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Understanding of IAM technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, Identity Governance, Access Management) is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as TOGAF, BABOK, or ITIL is desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or BCS Business Analysis) are a plus.
