Job summary

Anson McCade Pty in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Identity & Access Management experience to join a digital consultancy delivering large-scale transformation programmes across public and private sectors.

You will lead discovery sessions, map IAM processes, develop RBAC models, work with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and ensure requirements are clear for agile delivery in a hybrid London environment with active SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Analyst with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
• Active SC Clearance is essential.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, access governance, lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business, security and application stakeholders.
• Capture, analyse and document IAM requirements across complex environments.
• Define and develop RBAC models and user access frameworks.
• Map current and future-state identity processes, covering provisioning, approvals, reviews and de-provisioning.
• Work closely with architects, engineers and delivery teams to support identity transformation programmes.
• Gather and document onboarding requirements for Microsoft Entra ID and other identity platforms.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure requirements are clear and aligned to business outcomes.
• Support testing, implementation and adoption of new identity capabilities.
• Proven experience delivering IAM projects in Agile environments.

We're working with a leading digital consultancy delivering large-scale transformation programmes across the public and private sectors. They’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience to join a growing team helping organisations modernise and secure their identity estates.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business, security and application stakeholders
• Capture, analyse and document IAM requirements across complex environments
• Define and develop RBAC (Role Based Access Control) models and user access frameworks
• Map current and future-state identity processes, covering provisioning, approvals, reviews and de-provisioning
• Work closely with architects, engineers and delivery teams to support identity transformation programmes
• Gather and document onboarding requirements for Microsoft Entra ID and other identity platforms
• Drive stakeholder engagement, challenge assumptions and ensure requirements are clear, achievable and aligned to business outcomes
• Support testing, implementation and adoption of new identity capabilities
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within Identity & Access Management projects
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, access governance, joiner/mover/leaver processes and identity lifecycle management
• Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar identity platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong documentation and requirements gathering experience
• Previous experience delivering within Agile environments
• Active SC Clearance is essential
