Job summary

CCL Global is recruiting a Business Analyst to join a major UK IAM transformation programme across Swindon, London and Bristol. You will analyse current IAM processes and design TO-BE workflows, documenting requirements for the new IAM solution.

We seek substantial BA experience in IAM/IGA projects, strong elicitation and mapping skills, and proven stakeholder engagement. BPSS clearance and IR35 Inside are required for the role.

Qualifications

• Substantial Business Analysis experience across IAM projects.
• Experience on large-scale IGA programmes.
• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis.
• Excellent business process mapping and optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts incl. Zero Trust.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation.

CCL Global are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major UK public sector organisation on a long-term Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation programme.

This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong IAM / IGA experience to support the analysis and improvement of identity and access processes across a large organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing AS-IS IAM processes, systems and pain points, including current identity management platforms.
• Design and document TO-BE processes covering identity governance, lifecycle management and access control.
• Gather, analyse and prioritise complex business, security and technical requirements.
• Develop clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for the new IAM solution.
• Work closely with business users, security specialists and technical teams to understand stakeholder needs.
• Support role, access profile and identity data modelling to improve access governance.
• Contribute to business case development, including benefits, process improvements and impact assessments.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Substantial Business Analysis experience across multiple IAM projects.
• Experience working on large-scale IGA programmes, ideally involving multiple customers or business areas.
• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis experience.
• Excellent business process mapping and optimisation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation experience.
• Good understanding of IAM, identity governance, lifecycle management, access controls and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience with data and role modelling within an IAM environment.
• The ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear documentation and deliverables.
