Job summary

Involved Solutions LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong IAM/IGA experience to support a major Identity & Access Management programme in a public sector environment.

The role involves analysing current IAM processes, defining future-state processes and translating business, security and technical needs into clear requirements for a new IAM solution. Remote work is available for a six-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across IAM/IGA projects.
• Experience in large-scale Identity Governance & Administration implementations.
• AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and optimisation.
• Requirements elicitation, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working across multiple business areas, customers or user groups.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle, access controls, RBAC and Zero Trust.

I'm looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong IAM / IGA experience to support a major Identity & Access Management programme within a complex public sector environment.

You'll be responsible for analysing existing IAM processes and systems, defining future-state processes and translating business, security and technical needs into clear requirements for a new IAM solution.

Key requirements:

• Strong Business Analysis experience across multiple IAM / IGA projects
• Experience of large-scale Identity Governance & Administration implementations
• Strong AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and optimisation experience
• Requirements elicitation, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working across multiple business areas, customers or user groups
• Good understanding of identity lifecycle, access controls, RBAC and Zero Trust
• Experience with data, role and access modelling
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Able to bridge business requirements and technical IAM delivery
