Job summary

Reed Technology in Peterborough is seeking an Identity & Access Governance Analyst to strengthen identity security across enterprise and cloud environments. You will help ensure the right access is granted at the right time while supporting Zero Trust principles.

The role focuses on IAM, governance controls, and privileges management, with opportunities to collaborate with security and IT teams to modernise our Microsoft-based security stack.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance.
• Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege and segregation of duties.
• Experience with joiner/mover/leaver processes and access reviews.

Responsibilities

• Govern identity and access controls across enterprise and cloud platforms.
• Manage joiner, mover and leaver processes.
• Conduct access reviews and certification activities.
• Review and approve access requests in line with policy.
• Support privileged access management and least-privilege initiatives.
• Maintain and improve identity governance controls and processes.
• Administer Conditional Access and authentication controls.
• Investigate access-related incidents and governance issues.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Are you passionate about identity security, access governance and cyber security best practice? We're working with an established organisation undergoing significant digital transformation, investing heavily in cloud technologies, cyber security and identity governance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative technology team where you'll play a key role in protecting critical systems and data across a modern Microsoft environment.

The Role:

As an Identity & Access Governance Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing and improving identity governance processes across enterprise applications and cloud platforms. You'll help strengthen security controls, support Zero Trust principles and ensure colleagues have the right access to the right systems at the right time.
