Job summary

Hollis is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Manchester team. This multi-skilled role offers exposure to refurbishment, dilapidations and professional surveying instructions across a broad commercial property portfolio.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Strong client-facing skills
• End-to-end project management experience
• Experience with dilapidations in commercial property

Responsibilities

• Deliver broad range of building surveying instructions across commercial property portfolios.
• Lead or support refurbishment, fit-out and improvement projects within a lucrative client portfolio
• Advise on dilapidations for landlords and tenants
• Support junior team members to assist their engagement and development
• Act as project lead: managing instructions, client engagement and relationships, job related financials (fee proposals, invoicing, pipeline)
• Learn to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery and business development opportunities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across surveying, engineering, project management and other specialist disciplines.
