This role offers an excellent mix of professional and project-based building surveying work across a varied commercial property portfolio.
You'll work closely with clients, colleagues and project teams to deliver practical advice, manage projects and solve complex property challenges, while developing long-term relationships with leading investors, developers, landlords and occupiers.
The position would suit a Chartered Building Surveyor or Project Manager (or an experienced APC level Building Surveyor or Project Manager) who enjoys genuine variety, autonomy and career development.
