HD Surveyors Ltd. in Manchester seeks a MRICS Building Surveyor to lead commercial project work and professional surveying instructions across a multidisciplinary property consultancy, taking responsibility for client commissions from instruction through to delivery.

Responsibilities include technical due diligence for commercial property, refurbishment and repair contract administration, dilapidations and landlord/tenant advisory, and maintenance planning and reinstatement cost assessments.

Competenze

• MRICS Building Surveyor certification required.
• Newly Chartered or post-qualification Building Surveying experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial technical due diligence is required.
• Contract administration experience is essential.
• Knowledge of dilapidations and landlord & tenant matters desired.

Requirements

• MRICS Building Surveyor

Salary & Package

• £45,000-£65,000 basic salary
