Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our Huddersfield studio. This permanent role focuses on complex surveys, risk assessment and project delivery for diverse sectors including healthcare and education.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, MRICS status (or working towards it) and has substantial UK-based experience in building surveying and contract administration. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
• MRICS or active path to MRICS is preferred.
• Experience inUK practice/consultancy with post-qualification work.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and manage building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence.
• Prepare high-quality reports, specifications and schedules of work.
• Identify defects, causes and remedial solutions with practical recommendations.
• Provide professional advice across varied property types to clients.
