Virtual Hire Staffing is recruiting an intermediate Building Surveyor for a well-established consultancy near Huddersfield. You will combine building surveying expertise with hands-on project management across a varied portfolio including new-build residential, refurbishment, and cladding remediation projects.

You will manage contract delivery from inception to completion, prepare specs, supervise site inspections, coordinate contractors, and liaise with clients to ensure high standards of

Formación

• RICS or CIOB accredited construction degree.
• Post-qualification experience across new build and refurbishment projects.
• Experience delivering Building Surveying and Project Management services.
• Confident managing clients, contractors and project teams; strong communication and leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects; full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as Contract Administrator and managing project delivery from inception to completion.
• Preparing specifications, schedules of work and technical reports.
• Carrying out site inspections, quality checks and attending project meetings.
• Managing contractors, consultants and project communications.
• Supporting cost control, programme management and design coordination.
• Providing CDM Consultant / Principal Designer duties and related surveys.
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
