Conrad Consulting Ltd is helping a Bristol-based building consultancy to recruit a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor. You will join a team of 10 surveyors, reporting to the Associate Building Surveyor, handling contract administration, project management, surveys, refurbishments and planned maintenance across diverse sectors.

They seek a client-focused, collaborative team player with ambition to progress to an Associate role.

Qualifications

• MRICS (essential).
• Experienced Senior or newly-chartered surveyor ready to progress.
• Commercially aware with confidence running projects and managing clients.
• Team-oriented with ambition to progress to Associate.

Responsibilities

• Project-focused work including contract administration, project management, surveys and refurbishments.
• Involvement in planned maintenance across varied sectors.
• Collaborate with a team of surveyors reporting to the Associate Building Surveyor.
