Ernest and Florent LTD is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its Bristol team. You will manage a varied workload across professional and project-based surveying, taking ownership from instruction through to completion and delivering high-quality building consultancy services for a diverse range of clients.

The role offers hybrid working, a supportive environment and clear career progression within a well-established consultancy with a strong regional reputation in the South West.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying required.
• MRICS or working towards chartership preferred.
• Strong Building Surveying experience in a consultancy environment.
• Experience across a broad range of Building Surveying instructions.
• Experience with professional and/or project-based Building Surveying work.

A leading multi-disciplinary building consultancy are looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join their established team in Bristol.

The Senior Building Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join an established Building Consultancy team, working across a varied portfolio of projects and instructions throughout Bristol and the South West.

The consultancy has a long-standing reputation within the built environment and operates across a broad range of sectors, including residential, education, civic and community, commercial, universities and leisure. Their Building Surveying team provides a comprehensive range of services, from building and condition surveys through to dilapidations, party wall matters, contract administration and project delivery.

As Senior Building Surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a varied workload, working closely with clients from initial instruction through to completion. You'll be involved in both professional and project-based work, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad and interesting portfolio.

This role would suit an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who is looking for a varied role, enjoys working directly with clients and wants to develop their career within an established consultancy with a strong reputation across the industry.
