Conrad Consulting Ltd is helping a Bristol-based building consultancy to recruit a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor. You will join a team of 10 surveyors, reporting to the Associate Building Surveyor, handling contract administration, project management, surveys, refurbishments and planned maintenance across diverse sectors.

Qualifikationen

• MRICS (essential).
• Experienced Senior or newly-chartered surveyor ready to progress.
• Commercially aware with confidence running projects and managing clients.

We re working with a medium-sized building consultancy to help them find a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing Bristol team. They ve got big plans for the region over the next few years, and this is a great opportunity to be part of that journey.

You Ll be joining a team of 10 surveyors, reporting into the Associate Building Surveyor. The work is mainly project-focused, covering contract administration, project management, surveys and refurbishments, and planned maintenance. Sectors are varied from education and courts to residential, healthcare and transport.

They re looking for someone who s confident with clients, friendly, professional, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive team. Whether you re already working at Senior level, or recently chartered and ready to step up, there s real scope here to develop into an Associate role.

• Either an experienced Senior or a newly-chartered surveyor ready to take that next step
• Someone who s commercially aware, confident running projects, and good with clients
