Qualifications

• MRICS qualification (or working towards)
• Consultancy experience, preferably with exposure to public sector and commercial projects
• Commercial awareness and willingness to support business development
• Ability to manage projects independently and prioritise workload
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong technical building surveying knowledge across sectors
• Analytical mindset with clear, concise reporting and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Delivering a wide range of building surveying services, with a particular focus on project work
• Managing projects and coordinating our in‑house multi‑disiplinary design services
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business
• Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team
• Undertaking technical reviews to ensure the highest standards of service delivery
• Contributing to business development activities and helping to strengthen our presence across the region
