Qualifications

• Relevant degree (RICS approved, 2:1 minimum).
• Well organised, diligent and proactive.
• A full driving licence.
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, NBS and other software).
• A team player.

Responsibilities

• Delivering projects, commissions, and professional services.
• Maintaining effective communication for successful project completion.
• Represent the company professionally and engage with clients at events.
• Assist with building surveys, site on-site particulars, meetings, and specs.
• Plan maintenance programmes and administer contracts for maintenance work.
• Support multi-disciplinary schemes and analyse building defects.
• Assist with dilapidations schedules and negotiate settlements.
• Supervise building work on site and advise on design and refurbishment.
