Qualifications

• Must have experience in Building Surveying and consultancy or property advisory environments.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to lead and mentor others.
• Commercial awareness with ambition to grow a team and client base.

Responsabilités

• Contract administration and project delivery.
• Refurbishment, alteration and improvement projects.
• Planned maintenance and capital works.
• Building surveys and technical due diligence.
• Dilapidations and schedules of condition.
• Defect diagnosis and building pathology.
• Landlord and tenant advisory work.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• Mentoring junior surveyors.
• Identifying opportunities to develop existing and new client relationships.
