Qualifications

• MRICS qualification with significant post-qualification Building Surveying experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Solid knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness including profitability and business development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional Building Surveying services from feasibility through to project completion.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of work, estimates and tender documentation.
• Manage refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects.
• Administer contracts using JCT and NEC.
• Develop and manage key client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare bids and proposals to help win new work.
• Provide leadership and support to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Line manage and develop junior surveyors.
• Mentor APC candidates and support professional development.
• Collaborate with senior management on team growth.
