Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in Leeds seeks a Senior Building Surveyor to lead client-focused surveys, condition assessments and project management across diverse built environment projects. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to shape high-profile schemes within a collaborative team.

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor looking for a rewarding career journey. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline


• MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body

Experience

• CDM / Health & Safety exposure


• Project based experience


• Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner


• Excellent specification writing skills


• Good knowledge of JCT Contracts


• Track record in project management of projects from inception to completion


• Evidence of working with multiple stakeholders


• Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines


• Previously employed by a consultancy
