AECOM in Southampton is seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join our expanding team in an office-based role. You will work alongside the local building surveying lead and deliver high-value professional services for a diverse client base.

The role focuses on coordinating surveys, providing technical advice for new builds and refurbishments, and mentoring APC candidates while growing business with existing clients. Hybrid working options are available.

Formación

• Chartered Building Surveyor with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Extensive experience in condition surveys, feasibility reports, design and contract administration/project management.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and in building relationships with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on Building Surveying, Technical Adviser, Project Management, and Contract Administration commissions.
• Specification preparation, AutoCAD drawing and design work.
• Survey and report writing for core Building Surveying services.
• Construction monitoring/NEC Supervisor/Clerk of Works roles.
• Ensure compliance with Project Delivery and QA procedures.
• Manage financial, commercial and risk aspects of fee-based activities on solo and team projects.
• Support business development and mentoring APC candidates.
