Qualifications

• MRICS qualification with substantial consultancy experience.
• Strong across both project and professional building surveying.
• Confident managing instructions and advising clients directly.
• Organised and able to balance several projects.
• Collaborative in a small team.
• Interested in taking greater responsibility as the practice grows.

Responsibilities

• Managing contract administration instructions from inception to completion.
• Undertaking building surveys and preparing technical reports.
• Advising on defects, dilapidations, party wall matters and technical due diligence.
• Preparing reinstatement cost assessments and planned maintenance programmes.
• Leading client meetings and coordinating with contractors and professional teams.
• Contributing to business development and marketing.
• Supporting the directors in developing the practice.
