AECOM is seeking a Senior/Chartered Building Surveyor to deliver complex professional and high-value contract services for public and private clients. You’ll lead with other team members and colleagues across the business to provide a robust, compliant service with a strong client focus.

The role emphasizes mentoring, service delivery, business development, and the financial management of multiple projects, including invoicing and cost control within AECOM’s Workbench system.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying (essential).
• Chartered Status Holder or working towards chartered status.
• Experience in advisory and project disciplines within building surveying.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Building Surveying, Project Management, and Contract Administration commissions.
• Develop business with existing clients and win new work.
• Mentor Graduate Building Surveyors and other team members.
