Responsibilities

• Undertaking Building Surveys and technical due diligence reports.
• Preparing specifications for repair and refurbishment contracts and managing dilapidations.
• Development monitoring across multiple sectors and planning maintenance programmes.
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to fee proposals and pitches.
