Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Glasgow is seeking a Building Surveyor (up to Senior level) to join the Building Consultancy team. You will work with investor and occupier clients on a range of projects from £150k to £30m, delivering holistic commercial advice across internal teams.

The role requires MRICS, strong communication, and the ability to manage design teams; AutoCAD experience is advantageous. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• MRICS (Building Surveying) with proven experience, preferably PQE in a commercial consultancy.
• Good verbal and numerical skills; report writing proficiency.
• Experience with AutoCAD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with teams and clients to develop business.
• Provide project management for new builds, repairs and refurbishments.
• Assemble and manage design teams for project delivery.
• Develop best practice for the delivery of project management.
• Support your project and building surveying colleagues as required.
• Coordinate portfolio instructions and travel as needed.
