Qualifications

• BSc in building surveying or equivalent is required.
• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors beneficial.
• Significant exposure to private and public sector clients beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Delivering projects, commissions, and professional assignments from inception to completion.
• Maintaining effective communication to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Visiting sites to undertake surveys and meet with sub-contractors and clients.

Skills

Good technical writing and communication skills

Proficient in AutoCAD

Well-organised

Team player

Good IT skills

Education

BSc in building surveying or equivalent
