They are now seeking a new Intermediate to Senior Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

Role and responsibilities

As the successful Building Surveyor, you'll have access to a wide range of projects across retail, education, healthcare, and public sectors, managing and delivering projects from inception through to completion.

• Design and specification of new structures and renovations
• Preparation of specifications, obtaining tenders, and preparing contract documents
• Lead building surveying projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities

Person specification

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying (Ideally RICS accredited)
• MRICS or equivalent experience
• Well-rounded experience in professional and project services
• Public sector project experience is a plus
