Facilities Management Intrapreneur Ltd. is seeking a Contract Manager – Building Services based in London to lead the engineering team and oversee the operation, maintenance and performance of building services for client contracts.

You will drive compliance, implement best practices, and manage relationships with clients and senior management while ensuring service excellence and controlled costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services or Critical Environments.
• Strong communication skills; able to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety; NEBOSH / IOSH desirable.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good level of English and Mathematics.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads under pressure.
• A qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering would be preferable.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all services, project works and Building performance.
• Daily management of the Engineering team including compliance with company disciplinary processes and procedures.
• Direct, instruct and manage all company staff under their control ensuring compliance with working practices.
• Complete the weekly operations report to the client and attend weekly operations meeting, client meetings as requested, in conjunction with the client.
• Ensure that all matters that may impact the smooth running of the building and facilities are reported to management.
• Conduct regular reviews of operating procedures and recommend improvements with appropriate working practices and contingency procedures.
• Liaise with client and Area Manager on contract problems (defects & deficiencies).
• Ensure staff are conversant with operation and control of critical and noncritical systems and maintain quality.
• Lead training and development planning to ensure staff reach full potential.
• Attend on/off site training for plant and systems as required.
