Qualifications

• Registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2A - F Building Inspector.
• Membership of professional bodies such as CABE, RICS, CIOB or similar is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence required and own car for work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure building work complies with relevant building safety legislation.
• Lead on building control projects across Manchester including arenas, stadiums and high-rise buildings.
• Provide expert guidance and support to developers and contractors to achieve safe, compliant outputs.
