Pertemps Tm in London is recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer with a strong building drainage background to join its London team on a varied portfolio of building projects. You will lead drainage design from concept through detailed design and delivery, coordinating with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, and ensuring compliance with Part H of the Building Regulations.

The role requires 7+ years' experience, consultancy experience, and excellent technical and communication skills, with

Qualificações

• 7+ years' relevant experience in civil engineering.
• Strong building drainage design experience.
• Good knowledge of Part H of the Building Regulations.
• Experience delivering design projects in a consultancy.
• Strong understanding of foul and surface water drainage.
• Experience coordinating designs within multidisciplinary building projects.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage your own projects and deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Design above and below-ground building drainage systems
• Produce drainage strategies and detailed designs
• Coordinate drainage designs with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines
• Produce technical drawings, specifications and calculations
• Support projects from concept through to construction
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and other consultants
• Review technical work and support junior engineers
• Take responsibility for project deliverables and deadlines
