Qualifications

• Natural leader and mentor who can guide colleagues and deputise for the Building Control Manager when required.
• Commercially aware professional with client relationships and business growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex projects as Principal Building Control Surveyor, ensuring safety and compliance across Nottingham.
• Mentor junior surveyors and develop team capabilities while advising developers and design teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape service development and improve on-site efficiency.
