Nottingham City Council is recruiting a Building Control Officer to assess applications, carry out site inspections, and provide professional advice to customers and stakeholders across Nottingham. You will work with an experienced team to ensure buildings are safe and compliant with Building Regulations.
The role offers opportunities for development and training within the Building Control Service, with a mobile working pattern requiring attendance at least one day per week at the office.
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 Hours per week
Worker Type: Mobile Worker with expectation of office attendance at least one day a week.
Salary: Starting Salary is £40,777 (Level one) rising to £44,075 per annum (pro rata for part-time) (Pay award pending)

Supported by an experienced & collaborative team, you will have opportunities to broaden your experience, maintain and develop your competencies, and work alongside Principal Surveyors and Managers.
