Senior Building Control Surveyor post in Bradford Council's building control service, which is handling rising construction activity across the district. The core of the work is Building Regulations, dangerous structures and safety at sports grounds, together with supervising a small team of surveyors. The role is a 37-hour week with a varied caseload. Fit depends on holding a Building Safety Regulator licence as a Registered Building Inspector at Class 2F.
