Job summary

Dynisma Ltd. is seeking a Senior Build Engineer to lead the assembly, integration and testing of advanced motion simulator systems.

You will apply deep technical expertise to ensure high-quality builds, resolve complex integration issues, and mentor less experienced engineers while maintaining accountability for safe, reliable results. The role involves installing and maintaining systems at customer sites in the UK and internationally, including periods away from home, with a focus on quality,

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing wiring looms, soldering, crimping or panel/machinery builds.
• NVQ level 3 in Electrical Engineering and strong knowledge of electrical safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in build quality and adherence to standards.
• Provide technical escalation for build activities and mentor engineers.
• Perform fault diagnosis and root cause analysis during builds and testing.
• Support prototype, R&D and new product builds with feedback on design-for-assembly.
• Ensure build records and test data are complete and accurate.
