Dynisma is seeking a Senior Electrical Build Engineer to join its Operations team. You will lead the assembly, integration and testing of advanced motion simulators, mentor junior engineers and act as a technical escalation point in build activities.
Based in the UK, you will perform installs and maintenance at customer sites, with international travel and potential on-site lead duties, upholding quality, safety and documentation standards across the build lifecycle.

Our cutting-edge approach to simulator design delivers more data about vehicle dynamics and ride to drivers and passengers with less latency and more accurately than any other motion simulators available.
We are a team of engineers experienced both in the design and manufacture of driving simulators, as well as their use in vehicle development. We develop, deliver and support outstanding, ground-breaking simulators and motion generators that support the engineering that leads to winning performance on the track.
The Senior Build Engineer plays a key technical role in the assembly, integration, and testing of advanced motion simulator systems. They apply deep technical expertise to ensure high-quality builds, resolve complex integration issues, and support the development of improved build methods and standards.
Operating as a technical specialist within the build team, this role provides mentorship and support to less experienced engineers while maintaining personal accountability for delivering technically excellent, safe, and reliable builds.
The senior build engineer will carry out Installs and Maintenances activities at customer sites both in the UK and Internationally, including periods of working away from home. They may at times be assigned as an on-site lead. Keeping up our quality and safety standards, whilst remaining professional representing Dynisma.
