Job summary

Dynisma is seeking a Senior Electrical Build Engineer to join its Operations team. You will lead the assembly, integration and testing of advanced motion simulators, mentor junior engineers and act as a technical escalation point in build activities.

Based in the UK, you will perform installs and maintenance at customer sites, with international travel and potential on-site lead duties, upholding quality, safety and documentation standards across the build lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing wiring looms, soldering, crimping or panel/machinery builds.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and understand bill of materials.
• Proven ability to work independently with initiative while collaborating in a team.
• Current 18th Edition wiring regulations (BS7671).
• Previous leadership or senior experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead build quality and act as technical escalation for build engineers.
• Perform detailed fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis during builds and testing.
• Support prototype, R&D and new product builds with feedback on design-for-assembly.
• Provide coaching and oversight on complex assemblies and new techniques.
• Review build documentation for accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure documentation, tools and safety compliance across builds.
