Benefact Group plc is recruiting a Senior Broker Engagement & Marketing Consultancy Manager to run broker engagement and marketing consultancy across Gloucester or London. The role partners with Distribution and the wider business to strengthen broker relationships and drive commercial value.

You will provide strategic leadership across client, scheme, partnership, bid and tender activity, coordinating marketing expertise to support growth and successful outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Strong B2B/intermediated marketing experience.
• Commercial marketing consultancy expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex commercial opportunities into practical marketing activity.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary marketing teams and resources.
• Strong understanding of propositions, broker needs and commercial drivers.
• Excellent project management, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of marketing governance and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead UKGI's broker engagement and external marketing consultancy capability, setting priorities, standards and best practice.
• Partner with Distribution and business leaders to strengthen broker relationships and support commercial growth.
• Provide strategic marketing consultancy across priority clients, schemes, bids, and tenders, coordinating specialist marketing expertise as required.
• Develop and deliver marketing approaches that enhance broker propositions and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, partners and stakeholders, demonstrating value of marketing activity.
• Measure consultancy activity and manage demand, advising on resource needs for significant opportunities.
• Ensure all activity complies with governance, regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.
