Job summary

ITV in Leeds is seeking a Schedule Executive to create and deliver accurate multi-platform schedules. You will coordinate programme strategies, media plans, break patterns, and sponsorship requirements, working with Editorial teams to optimise commercial value.

Responsibilities

Plan and update programme schedules, link versions, and support editorial teams.
Build and optimise schedules, integrate marketing and commercial elements, manage deadlines.
Validate schedules, troubleshoot data, and meet daily delivery deadlines for main and standby schedules.
Reconcile planned versus transmitted schedules and maintain broadcast logs.
Attend cross-departmental meetings and deliver operational solutions for business requests.
