The role focuses on strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across contractors, engineers and authorities.

Working pattern is remote/home-based with occasional attendance at Oxford offices and project sites; day rate £475–£500 umbrella, Monday–Friday; senior leadership across the full lifecycle and

Formación

• Extensive experience managing major infrastructure projects.
• Proven record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications.
• Knowledge of UK highways standards and bridge construction desirable.
• Experience coordinating contractors, engineers, local authorities and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead bridge rebuilding project from planning and design through to completion.
• Manage procurement and contract management activities.
• Monitor progress against milestones and schedule.
• Identify risks and delays and implement solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities and project stakeholders.
• Represent the client’s interests throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure health and safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Promote best practices in sustainability and delivery.
