Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer to lead civil and bridge projects in the UK and abroad, ensuring quality, time and budget adherence. You will mentor junior team members and contribute to a diverse portfolio within our Civil and Bridge Engineering team in the South West & Wales.

In this role you will work on a range of projects from feasibility through to design and delivery, with opportunities for growth, Chartered status support, and a collaborative, inclusive environment at WSP.

Qualifications

• Anticipated Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer status.
• Experience in bridge design, maintenance and assessment on construction sites and design offices.
• Proven project management experience for bridge projects.

Responsibilities

• Bridge design and management in UK and overseas.
• Bridge strengthening, repair, inspections and assessments.
• General civil/structural engineering support to other teams.
• Feasibility studies and cost estimates.
