Matchtech Group in Derbyshire seeks an experienced Senior Bridge Engineer to lead design and delivery across National Highways, private developers and local authorities.

You will design and detail bridge structures, manage projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to client meetings. The role offers flexible hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day from home) and opportunities for professional development.

Competenze

• Significant experience in bridge engineering, ideally within the highways sector.
• Chartered Engineer status or close to achieving chartered status.
• Experience with National Highways, private developers, and local authorities.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in bridge engineering and a passion for working on diverse projects ranging from National Highways to private developments and local authority works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing preliminary and detailed design options

• Conducting site inspections and assessments
• Participating in client meetings and presentations

Job Requirements:
