Job summary

wed2b UK is seeking a Senior Bridal Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional bridal experiences on the shop floor and help guide the wider team to consistent results.

You will lead by example with strong personal sales performance, coach peers, and create a welcoming environment for every bride and guest. Weekend availability is required, with structured training and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a premium or customer-focused environment.
• A strong track record of achieving individual sales targets.
• Confidence in supporting or mentoring others within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Interest in fashion, styling, or personal presentation.
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays.

• Support, coach, and motivate Bridal Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Create a welcoming and professional environment for every bride and their guests
• Build rapport quickly and understand each bride’s style, needs, and budget
• Select and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence and care
• Provide guidance and share best practice to help improve overall team performance

Who we’re looking for
