Job summary

Carambar & Co is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager for a maternity cover contract in London. You will drive the brand strategy, oversee consumer insights, and deliver key commercial moments, including Christmas and Easter.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/consumer brands preferred.
• Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong consumer and commercial understanding.
• Experience developing retailer/customer presentations.
• Understanding of media, social, PR and shopper activation.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management with multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and key commercial moments (e.g., Christmas, Easter).
• Manage consumer insights projects with partners like Kantar and Attest.
• Develop Christmas/Easter sell-ins with Sales and retailers.
• Plan and deliver campaigns across media, digital and in-store; from briefing to evaluation.
• Own brand content and social strategy and execution with agency partners.
• Lead PR, influencer marketing and advocacy around key moments.
