3Search partners with a well-established global consumer health/cosmetic brand to recruit a Senior Brand Manager for the UK on a 12-month maternity cover basis. This hands-on role drives growth, innovation and brand performance, collaborating with the Country Manager to own the UK portfolio.

Based in Bracknell with hybrid working (one day in the office per week), the role demands strategic thinking, activation planning, and turning brand strategy into action across the full consumer journey.

Formación

• Strong traditional brand marketing foundations and end-to-end consumer marketing capability.
• Experience delivering local market plans and activations (4Ps).
• Ability to own a broad brand/portfolio and influence across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing local marketing strategy and annual plans.
• Monitor consumer, category and competitive landscape; translate insights into actions.
• Track performance and identify opportunities to defend, attack and optimise.
• Support product portfolio strategy including range, channel and pricing decisions.
• Evaluate new product development and opportunities.
• Develop local activation plans and ensure consistent brand messaging.
