Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a Brand Manager for a 12-month maternity cover, hybrid role based in the UK. You will guide brand storytelling and manage campaigns across a dynamic portfolio, aligning to business objectives and strengthening UK&I brand propositions.

You will lead with strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across functions to deliver campaigns, assets and brand standards that resonate with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in brand, consumer or campaign marketing, ideally within multi-site environments.
• Strong campaign management and creative briefing capability.
• Excellent brand storytelling and content development skills across channels.
• Ability to use insights to optimise campaigns and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual marketing calendar and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop engaging customer campaigns to build brand relevance and drive engagement.
• Analyse consumer and performance data to improve future campaigns and experiences.
• Ensure brand guidelines and standards are applied across activities and assets.
