Job summary

Leekes Limited in Llantrisant is seeking a senior graphic designer to lead creative across digital and print for Leekes and Park Furnishers, including web graphics, email campaigns, in-store visuals and video content. You’ll work with marketing and eCommerce teams, translate briefs into high-performing visuals, and mentor junior designers.

This office-based role offers some flexible working and the chance to shape two established home brands.

Qualifications

• You have solid experience in a senior or lead design role, ideally in retail, home or lifestyle brands.
• You’re highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, with strong video editing and motion graphics ability in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• You love great typography, layout, and visual storytelling – across still and moving image.
• You’re confident working across multiple formats and channels, and can shape creative direction, not just execute it.
• You can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• You enjoy giving and receiving feedback and thrive in creative collaboration.
• You spot the tiny details that make a big difference.

Responsibilities

• Leading the creation of engaging visual and video assets across digital and print
• Designing and editing video content for social, web, and in-store screens using Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Designing for websites, email, social, paid ads, and in-store campaigns including Point of Sale
• Owning brand consistency across two retail brands, acting as a creative quality checkpoint
• Supporting and helping shape campaign launches and seasonal promotions
• Preparing artwork and video files ready for production and publication
• Providing creative input and occasional guidance to more junior designers
