Seen & Heard is seeking a Senior Designer in London to lead the full range of studio output, from brand and campaigns to print, retail, digital, social and e‑commerce. You’ll work across our two studios and help raise the bar with beautiful, purposeful design.

You’ll mentor less experienced designers, uphold high standards, and shape how the studio works while maintaining close collaboration with production teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a senior designer in an agency, studio or in‑house.
• Portfolio demonstrating print and digital execution for big brands.
• Expertise in artwork production, pre‑press, and retail specs.
• Strong ability to work within established brand systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead hands‑on design across brand, campaign, print, digital, and e‑commerce outputs.
• Ask the right questions at briefing, then translate into simple, beautiful solutions.
• Deliver artwork to production standards: pre‑press, formats, colour and retail specs.
• Mentor less experienced designers and uphold studio standards.
• Collaborate with PMs and directors across two studios for consistent output.
