The ideal candidate has previous Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator experience in estate agency, a commercial mindset, and a proven ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator within estate agency.
• A driven, ambitious, and commercially minded approach.
• The ability to motivate teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Cover Branch Manager responsibilities across North Kent during holidays, vacancies, and periods of sickness
• Lead, manage, and drive the performance of your branch
• Take ownership of branch profitability, growth, and business development
• Motivate, inspire, and support your team to achieve their targets
• List properties and provide exceptional support to vendors
• Stay ahead of local market trends and identify new opportunities
